In the rice cooker bowl, fry the garlic cuts in butter and rice bran oil until the aroma emerges, then add rice, water and langoustines, then cook with normal rice cooking program.
For seasoning: mix ground black pepper, sweet soy sauce, Indonesian soy sauce, and chilli sauce together in a cooking tray.
After the rice is cooked, mix immediately with the prepared seasoning (point no.2). Add peeled long bean and red chilli, then add the smooth beaten egg, mix the food again, and then let it become warm within about 3 minutes.
Serve the fried rice with the fried poached egg and prawn crackers.
